This act of transgression can shatter everything once thought real and destroy the perception with which one views not only the world around them, but their inner selves. In an adaptation by Lauren Horejda, Leroy Street Theatre proudly presents one of Shakespeare’s most controversial plays. An enigmatic story that cannot be defined as either tragic or comic, a play fraught with love, loss, jealousy and fate. Relaying the frailty of the human condition under the lights through its’ most accessible form, the art of storytelling. A fable for anyone who has ever trusted their heart to another.
